The trionic ECU controls knocking with AF mixture, ingnition timing, and as a last resort, lower boost pressure. With an MBC on the ng900's there does not seem to be any problems at all. But with increased boost, it is important to keep intake and exhaust restrictions low, and use good oil, keep your injectors clean and plugs in good condition.

Use techron concentrate to keep injectors and combustion chambers clean.

The results with the T7's, with air mass meters seems to be a mixed thing so far. Some success stories and someone who could not get it to work. But for $35 delivered, you can afford to go out on a limb!

If someone has an engine where the ecu is reducing boost, it might be a good idea to consider that there might be a problem in the combustion chamber. Bad plugs, deposits, lean mixure, dirty injectors etc.
