hey vince(and jim) - i agree with considering alrger injectors - have you checked the duty cycle at WOT - shouldn't really be greater than 90%... you also didnt say what FPR you are using... look into the RRFPR as its more tuneable than sticking on a 2.8 or 3.0bar (you know this already! ;) ) Also as you state try the NGK BCP7Ev plugs - i had a miss and reduced boost in my 88 900 aero with BCP7ES... bought some 7EV and gapped them to minimum spec and can easily obtain over 20psi - in fact 5th gear pulls like 2nd does - quite amazing!
Also check your ignition leads and consider the magnecor 8.5mm ones - you don't say what you are currently using???
sounds like shes leaning at WOT and big boost and dropping back... i would also reset the wastegate to 7psi to reduce spiking and over shoot that is not linear...
