A good stand alone. That will cure everything.
HOWEVER just like audio, if you take a crap signal and feed it though $1500 speakers, it just sounds like really loud crap.
You will NEED the good fuel support items even with a stand alone. I.E., Fuel pump, proper sized injectors, large enough fuel line, free flowing fuel filter, steady FPR and anything else that is sub par. (I'm not saying all this needs to be replaced in the Saab, just that it needs to be taken into consideration)
