...it's changes in the front wheel geometry under torque due to the lower control arm being effectively split by a rubber 'donut' -presumably for NVH purposes- and the steering rack not being firmly kept in place (steering rack bracket is a flimsy stamped part. That, and the factory tolerances in the rear axles are huge according to Abbott Racing, which would to an extent explain why some NG900/9-3 models handle well and others do not, one particular owner stating that his car lacks stability to the extent that he's regarding it a safety issue! O' course, dealer says they can't help him and it's all within spec...
