I don't believe those numbers.

TBTC rework done?

turbo compressor discharge silencer removed?

what fuel were you running?

it sounds like there are some restrictions somewhere

on a dyno, you don't have forward motion and the intercooler gets heat soaked and does not work well, on a dyno, get whatever they have for a fan blowing on the front of the vehicle, have the hood up and remove the grill for good measure.

I can't find my dyno stuff at the momment, but it was quite decent. I had the sports exhaust, mbc, tbtc and silencer done. The mbc was tapped into the center of the stock IC's integral return pipe, so it was after the pressure drop of the IC core. Thats a restrictive core, so now I think I know what the problem is. The MBC controlled boost above the IC, so at max power, the boost at the intake was getting lower and lower. So I feel that that is your weak spot.

The resonator is a straight through affair I assume, so the backpressure from it was probably very small. So you might have increased the sound of the exhaust, but it might still be as restrictive as stock. Note that Brad remove the muffler and left in the resonator. That worked quite well, I drove that setup. It had some strange trumpeting resonances that I did not care for. Brad was exploring what he could do for little cost, but putting in the aquamist was not inexpensive. It did pull very nicely. He had stock suspention and big tires, not too sticky. I found that when I threw insanely into a corner it made a horrible amount of tire noise. My setup and tires will handle just about anything that I throw at it.

So a MBC makes for a great steet driver, but it will not go all the way at the track or on a dyno with the basic pressure tap location. The best is at the TB, but that leads to more overshoots and fuel cuts. As you know I am working on that problem still.
