Plugs and DI cassette, fuel filter? Has you DI been replaced? My understanding is that they ALL start to leak oil after a while. I just changed my plugs and did some adaptation runs (just ask the State Patrol, fortunately there are 3 red Aeros and 2 other red 91K's in town!) and steadied up the boost. Do I understand your other post to say you have an upgraded turbo? Don't know the octane rating of Toluene (do a search on this board) but it works for me, probably the extra cooling effect if nothing else. Not disagreeing with Phil, but those mouse motor (2L) guys don't realize how much more power a 2.3 has. Depending on which BSFC ratio you use, the stock 33.9lb injectors are barely capable, and if yours are old and the flow is reduced a little? I would highly recomend you take a ride with your mechanic and his Tech II, diagnostic tool. It will show whats going on, you can see little spikes of detonation you won't even feel, if I understand correctly, when detonation is detected, the ignition advence is cut back, and if that doesn't work, the wastegate is opened. If everything is working well, and your detonating, its almost surely a lean condition. I have no experience with RRFPR, but I think they the ones for our cars are different than C900's.
Good luck
