Hey Gavin,
I didn't say to talk to Jak so that you would spend all of your money there, it's because he will build you a set-up based on your target number, and the most important thing to consider when making a plan would be consistancy, I'm sure you will agree. Right? :o)
Again, this is just my VERY humble opinon, but if it were me, I would use the NEW T-25 that you have, and forget the hybrid. That's $300 that you can use for your bills or yoga class. :o) The 60 wheel will free up some heat, but at the expense of a lot of low end. The T-25 will make the power that you want very quickly, and 250 at the crank won't hurt the tranny down low if you shift it normally. I'm just reminding you of your goal. I think that 300hp with a DI/APC set-up would take a LOT of creativity and money, let alone work. Your goal is a good one, and with your T-25, it's very reachable. I won't comment anymore if you have your mind made up. I am glad to help, but I don't think we should take up any more board space with this. Either way everything will be better than the dyno #'s you have now, am I right? Good luck on this rookie. :o)
