But to get back to the software vs hardware issue, you really ought to listen to the other knowledgeable people here who want to help you. As was mentioned in the previous thread 14 PSI is stock boost for the B205R. Your mods might give you more airmass and a bit more horsepower, but again, you're not going to get 240 real WHP with just bolting on hardware and running stock software. At least not without serious concerns about running lean.
Besides why keep spending big money when you can get so much more power with a simple (and relatively inexpensive) ECU upgrade, so the software matches the hardware? T7 is just too advanced an engine management system to safely get substantial power gains with only hardware mods. The ECU is what regulates the boost, air/fuel ratio and ignition.
Like Vigge, I have a really hard time accepting the 220 whp plot as correct. That would be ~260 crank hp. With just 14-15 PSI on a 2.0L engine with the same turbo that runs 16 PSI on the 2.3L 225 hp Aero, it's just very improbable. I'm not saying you're lying or anything like that. Just that there might be something wrong with the dyno run or the interpretation/correction of the results.
Please take this a constructive criticism.
