1st like others stated you have the wrong size tires, 205-55's are to big :)
another option is to use the SAS rear airbags which sits inside the springs & you pump them up with air to raise the rear/minimize spring movement. I actually have a used set f/s in the classifieds
With spring/shocks to look at, I think the best is Brad's adjustable springs & a set of koni's. This would allow you to raise/lower each corner of the car to get it to ride where you want & the springrate will also help reduce rubbing. But they are not cheap
I used intrax springs on my SPG for a while & I think they would be to soft for the 205-55-16 tires you are using
FWIW I use 225-40-18 tires with koni's & brads springs & I get zero rubbing in the rear w/o any spacers/etc. In the front I have to remove my airflow wheel arches when I am at the racetrack due to a little leaning
