the turbo is gona spool at the same speed either way but with the lightened flywheel the engine spinns up quicker in relation to the turbos spool speed so you might make less boost in the lower gears because load iis aplied for a shorter time
think about any car with a turbo & how bost is lower in the lower gears WOT because you get thru the RPMS before the turbo can spool up
reguardless of all that the car will probably feel quicker in the lower gears
