How do the rest pins on the ECU look?
I would open up ECU and see if I can solder a pin (equivalent) on or "grow" on pin size with solder.
All that corrosion would have to be cleaned and neutralized.
Individual connector socket splicing would involve replacement one at a time provided that you also have a full pin out diagram. One can purchase proper pins or cannibalize one from scrap yard.
I would then use a multimeter and back probe each connector socket to pin on the ecu for continuity and security/integrity. Afterwards dabbing pins in DC4 dielectric grease or equivalent to prevent future moisture ingress.
Yeah, its a tough one to tackle but possible to fix with proper tooling / equipment.
