Hey guys, I have a quick question. I have read i think ALL of albany's posts regarding basslink install and I pretty much have it down, but do have a few clarifying issues. (02 9-5 aero)

1. Are most people running a power wire directly from the battery or tapping into the trailer wiring harness (only looks to be about 14-16 gauge wire) and installing a 30a fuse in the fuse box?

2. As far as taking the signal from the rear deck speakers; I read that i use 2 of the 4 high level inputs (which are on the infinity) to put these tapped wires in. Am I tapping one from each side or can I run 1 wire from the rear deck speakers and plug it into 2 of the 4 high level inputs? kinda confused about this part. (Also, not sure which are the high level inputs, SEE PICTURE ATTACHED, lines denote how I think im going to install it)

3. Are we removing or disconnecting the rear 6x9s to allow more bass to bass through from trunk (i know albany did NOT do this).

4. What are you grounding to? Could I just run ground to one of the wires in the trailer wiring harness or do I want to ground to something close to the sub to minimize interference? (IE hook it to a bolt that holds the seats down).

I think im asking all the necessary questions here, hopefully this will allow those that do future install a quicker answer to all their searches.

Thanks in advance, i'll be watching this thread like a hawk until I have it installed and working!
