I use mine instead of DRLs. I really like the way a black Aero looks with the fogs on and the "city lights" in the headlight housings softly glowing. And I would rather have to replace a burned out fog light bulb than a headlight bulb.
I had the dealer reprogram the computer so my fogs can come on in the parking light position. I just wish they could come on in the "lights off" position too, since I once forgot to turn off the parking lights when I exit the car, and there is no warning chime for the parking lights.
