Hi Heather,

I am interested to see what you found. I own an 89' 900s Saab(nonturbo). I experience the same problem with the stalling and running rough.

I have had a Saab mechanic clean up electrical wiring, vacuum, check ignition switch, tune up, check fuel pump, and check all grounds. I finally had to replace my battery. After a month when the car would quit the battery ran low and would not charge itself as I was trying to start it. Ater running my car on a diagnostice machine for 2hrs, they recognizes that I have a rigged computer. They say this is the next step, but a rather pricey step. All the corresponence has been great and I will check the fuel filter, AIC valve, and the hall effect sensor.
