It's definately a rare Saab but that doesn't necessarily translate into big bucks. It's probably worth 25% to 35% more than a comparible later version. The automatic doesn't help as they aren't particularly prized by die-hard Saabanistas. I would figure it's worth in the $4,000 to $7,000 range. The dead of winter isn't exactly the time to get the best price for a convertible. Factor in the economy and the prospects get worse--people are more worried about losing their jobs than buying "toy" cars. The question is how badly you want/need to sell it. If you really need to sell than I sure wouldn't turn down $4K, with the econmy sure to get much worse before it gets better, that number might look pretty good 6 months from now and be impossible to get. If you can afford to be patient, somebody could get the urge and give you more at some point. Bare in mind that anyone calling you up and telling you how rare your car is definately isn't a buyer (unless their negotiating skills are nada) so there may not be quite as much demand as you think.
