thanks. I dont see removing it without the system in tact. After posting this question I did see on one of the tutorials that you do put everything together,bleed, then remove spacer. But somehow I did blow the old slave. It was never leaking until I had it off to the side(still connected)-after removal- and noticed the blown seal.
