Takes about an hour the first time. Since your car is not a turbo, you don't have to take out the turbo plumbing.
1) Unplug radiator fans
2) Remove 2 top torx screws holding fans to radiator. Bottom screw goes through a slot rather than a hole, so after removing 2 top screws, you can lift the fans out.
3) You now can remove the two bolts on each side of the mount safety cover and remove the cover. (assuming you have a hydraulic mount)
4) Remove the nut from the mount stud.
5) With a scissors or bottle jack, carefully jack the engine up at the oil drain plug just enough to wiggle the mount out. Too much jacking and you can mess up the shift linkage.
6) Put the new mount in and reinstall the fans and you're all set. You can also fashion a pad to go between the mount stud and the safety cover that will restrict movement of the mount so that it does not tear so easily. The problem is most frequent with turbos, so i would not worry about it. Your choice.
