The hydraulic motor mounts all look the same, (they might be the same even though they have different part numbers, maybe the stiffness varies...who knows???). The trans mount is referred to as the front mount even though it's on the rear of the engine. If it's totally shot, you will get a noticable clunking and be able to feel movement in your shifter when you engage gears and the transmission end of the engine lifts. However, the mount may be partially torn and the symptoms may only be enough to mess up your shifting. Remove the top bracket to visually inspect it. BTW Have you checked the shifter adjustment and the ball in the shifter socket for wear?? there are several recent posts on shifter adjustment.
Anyway, the other two engine mounts are on each side of the engine and might contribute to shifting problems. The mount on the exhaust side can collapse and is fairly easy to replace. Visually inspect the clearance between the base and the engine bracket for clearance. A new mount will provide about 1/4 inch of clearance. No clearance means the mount has collapsed and the engine is nearly resting on the frame with little help from the mount. The mount on the driver's side is a bear to replace. I recall removing the A/C compressor, oil filter and the alternator to get at the brackets. In either case, you unfasten the base of these side mounts through the wheel well opening.
Good luck
