Clayton, your input is very much appreciated. Your efforts have ensured that I will be watching your site for more updates, and I'm the sceptic in this debate.
I understand what you say about extended life products - I'm sceptical about those as well. Although my engineering training never prepared me for it, I'm approaching the stage in life where I have learned not to ignore the motives of people who present me with information.
I can understand your position and fully realise that your remit is product development, not marketing. I often get frustrated with the marketing people in my organisation. As well as being an engineer, I am also a consumer. Perhaps I'm not typical, but a lot of the marketing I see, even from my own organisation, leaves me with more questions than answers.
Anyway, Clayton, thank you very much for all your help. You can be assured of my continued interest in the development of both your products and your marketing strategy. I'd be willing to bet that others here will share my interest.
Regards,
Bill.
