Yes, the TD04, as I stated before, will produce greater flow, at a given rpm, than the T25. Spool-up relates to rotational dynamics. The T25 can spool-up quicker than the TD04 while the RATE of boost pressure increase isn't as quick. As I noted earlier, the T25 produces less boost per 20k rpms than the TD04 does. What I'm saying is that the rate of boost pressure increase and the rate of spool up are two different things. The TD04 can build up boost pressures faster, but it does so with less rate of increase of its' rotational speed.
