I broke another 1/2 to 3/8 Craftsman adapter yesterday so I can still put a lot of torque on it. I'll leave it alone until I get a 1/2 drive E16 socket (I have one on order). I also bought an "as seen on TV" Craftsman stripped bolt remover at Sears that I'll try as a last resort. I did see that steel rod thingy at Sears, I'm not sure which works better.
I think I'm eventually going to wind up drilling off the bolt head and removing the cylinder head so I can heat up the block around it. My son is off school right now and although he probably doesn't think so we can live without the car for a few days.
