Thanks for the tips. Do ya mean they can tell after it's been tripped what it was that last tripped it? If so that's great and I might try it.
(Or does it have to be read WHILE it's going off, which is more theoretical than realistic.)
Never while driving it have I noticed any of the doors even temporarily flashing as open on the pictogram, and I haven't heard any relays clicking either. And if it's the door light switches that trigger it, all of them turn the interior light off well before they hit the latch - - inches away from closed. So I don't think any of them is the cause.
Driver's door button did seem a little odd behaving, I'll pull it and check it out. It's different than the three on the other doors.
If I cure this I'll post on here what my problem was.
