With boiling point I meant 100 C - 212 fahrenheit, but the boiling point should of course be much higher in the coolant system since it's pressurized and because of the coolant mix. You're thinking a leak loosing pressure is making it boil?
I haven't pressure tested the system, but it hasn't lost any coolant since I changed it about 4 months ago.
Is 220-230 fahrenheit normal coolant temperature when not moving?
