Pulling the radio and putting the stock radio in didn't help. Of course, I should have checked it with NO radio but didn't. I also have the issue of the rear fog and rear defroster indicator lights in the dash glowing dimly when neither of those units are actually on. A buzzing DLR relay too. Pulling the fuse for the DLRs put out the lights.
