Thanks to all who replied here - it was the crank sensor. On pulling the sensor, there were a couple small bits stuck to it, and it was a bit grungy, but not terrible. I replaced it with a Duralast sensor (all I could get in the time available). Car started right up, no codes. Drove to work this morning (75 miles) no issues. Previously, after 30-50 miles, car would begin stumbling. If you floored it, it basically died, but re-fired on letting off the throttle. Now, it just goes when floored (love that sound). The curious thing is I never had any problems starting it - hot, cold, warm, always started right up. And when it did cut out on the highway, if you let off, it would self re-fire. Go figure.
