Dreaded water leak

I just noticed some water settling in the strangest place - underneath the rear passenger side seat. I can't figure out where it's leaking as it doesn't seem close to the window or hatch. I'd guess it's been doing it for awhile as the under side of the seat is rusted. Anyone had similar leaking? Any ideas where to look?
