I have a '92, which is mechanically very similar to your '91. I'm pretty sure that if Bar's doesn't cure your leak, that you may need a new heater core. As far as the motor mounts go, I'd look at the flexible coupler in the shift linkage at that point. If the car's gone 95K without it going, it's probably going to go in the not too distant future, especially if the mounts are shot. If the car's a stick, I'd check the clutch - master and slave cylinders.
Tires I can be of a bit more help with. I had Toyo Proxes T1s on my car when I bought it used in '96. In August I replaced them with Yokohama A520s for just over $100/each. Not a bad move, but if you live in cold weather territory you'll also need snows. Don't bother trying to work with 55-series tires - you'll have too much trouble with contact between tire and inner fenderwell on cornering and when the suspension bottoms. Stick with the 50-series.
Good luck. If you can avoid major mechanical problems, you got a great ride at a reasonable price.
