Re seat heater switch and "info" button:
Curiously, my 1990 saab has exactly the same lights out. Used parts are available on saabnet (email people with parts cars), or, I finally read, it's not too hard to fix the bulb yourself. The module pries out of the dash pretty easily. Then delicately pry up the little tabs holding the front of the module on to the rest. The bulb that is out has little wires which are soldered directly onto the module, so first unsolder those, then remove the old bulb, get another like it at Radio Shack, solder it back in, pop the front of the module back in, and plug the module back in to the dash.
When taking the module out of the dash, tie a string or fasten a vise-grips to the harness so that it doesn't retreat into the cave behind the dash, never to be discovered again.
The only difficulty I have had is locating just the right bulb. The bulb has to have no insulation on its wires at all (you'll see - those wires need to bend sharply and close to the bulb in order to fit) -- and the one Radio Shack sold me does have insulation. I/you need to either find a better bulb, or be able to very carefully strip that insulation without breaking the wire.
Alternatively, there's a guy on the net who says he'll do this for you, for $10 per switch; you just ship to him, and enclose return shipping. His email address is rdwalker@inreach.com. His name is Ron; he's an electronics technician and saab owner.
