I wired my car almost exactly as you did and I don't seem to be getting any noise at all. I used monster cable micro XLN cable to create my DIN to RCA connector which seems to be shielded well enough to eliminate noise.
Can you expan on the LVT part that you spoke that will trigger the amp to come on whenever the radio comes on. My amp is connected to the 15+ wire on the back of the stereo so the speakers running through the amp don't come on until the ignition is in the on position. However, the rear 6x9s (factory) are still powered by the head unit so they are on whenever the key is in the ignition. Botom line, when the ignition is in the on position all speakers work fine, however, when the key is in the off position the front speakers (powered by the amp) are off and the rear 6x9s (powered by the factory head unit) are the only one's on. I would like for all to be on when the key is in the ignition as when it came from the factory.
