Lubricate wheel hub for 'hub-centric' wheels... Once you get the wheel off, carefully clean the wheel center hub and the rotor hub. The SAAB wheels are "hub-centric", which means that the center hub on the wheel fits very closely over the hub on the rotor to 'center' the wheel on the rotor. Something like WD-40 and an old rag works well to clean both surfaces. If the rotor hub is really rusty, a little steel wool may be called for.
After cleaning the wheel and rotor hubs, apply a small amount of anti-seize compound or high temperature silicone grease to the wheel and rotor hubs to prevent future corrosion problems. Once lubricated the wheel comes off the hub much easier.
