The hose barbs on the Saab compressor housing and the wastegate actuator are larger than on many other vehicles. Were the supplied hoses ok, or did you have to get some other vacuum line stock?
I have noticed that the pressure from the compressor housing hose barb does not have a linear relationship to developed manifold pressure... as you have observed. A pressure tap from above the throttle plate would be better, but then in the lower gears you would get pressure overshoots and fuel cuts. So you have to choose which devil you want. I will be experimenting with the creation and use of other pressure tap locations when the weather is nice and the beer is cold.
So it is like a completely different vehicle? Your right foot has to develop a whole new reflex.
Now get to the other mods! Throttle body transistion casting too.
