I'm surprised that you saw body roll in a Viggen. I have a 2-door, and there's no body roll to speak of. I've had my car only 4,500 miles, and I have no problems to report that aren't the result of getting hit by another car while I was sitting at a yield. I do find the tranny to be a bit annoying because it tends not to allow fast shifts. Some people have had problems with their transmissions (i.e., popping out of gear or sticking in gear); others have had bent rims (keep the pressure relatively high); others have some squeeks and rattles. My dealership has been pretty good, although they did not know how to program the locks so that both doors open with one press of the key fob.
I personally am still getting used to the split mirror, although I'm thinking of ordering one for the driver's side. Currently, I have to physically glance at the mirror and out the window to determine if a car is there; with the other type of mirror, I hope to be able to glance only at the mirror. I have yet to learn heel-toe shifting because such a technique was useless in my last vehicle (a Jeep). Additionally, you have to have a pretty windy road to need to heel-toe. With most minor and windy roads in CT, I just stick it in third and keep it there. There's a lot of torque.
My only quibble (other than I wish the tranny shifted better) is with the torque steer. Most times, it's not bad, but it can be bad on bumpy roads in second gear. Even flat roads at times in second gear can be troublesome. I'm definitely upgrading the front end with the Abbott Viggen Resque Kit (see http://www.abbottracing.com), and I'll probably up the HP too.
I chose the Viggen over a 330 (the M3 wasn't here yet) because the Viggen is utilitarian (I've hauled some awfully large stuff in the back), it's got a slightly larger back seat, it's front wheel drive (CT does get its share of snow), and there are too dang many BMWs (and Audis) in CT.
