When you say fuel cut off, you mean redlining the car right?
I'm don't quite understand what you mean when you say "You know you've gone as high as you can go when you feel the fuel cut." When you say this, do you mean that the turbo should be in red when fuel cuts off?
Also when I test the car to tune it, should I give it gas while I'm in park? or should I actually drive the car. Also if I did forget to mention, I don't have a boost gauge that shows exactly PSI, just my stock color one :/
