Good suggestion, I guess I'll have to do this myself because the dealer now gets $99.50/hour.

No, does not seem to be sensitive to temperature or humidity. Haven't noticed any change with uphill or downhill (we're in the midwest where it's mostly flat anyway). Fuel level doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.
"Did they replace the crank angle sensor? Did they replace the DI wiring harness?"
No they didn't, but they don't seem to have the diagnostic skills to even think of those things, or to know how to diagnose anything that is suggested to them. I don't want to start paying for them to randomly try parts, but I'll suggest these things when it goes back in, as I'm sure it will.
