Fuse #17 provides switched power to the ignition coil on a yellow/grey wire.
The wire somewhere or a wire that it connects to is shorting to ground, or the coil it self has a fault in its primary coil that is overloading the circuit. The ECU operates the coil through the coil's ground leg and a short there would not blow the fuse.
I would follow and inspect the yellow/grey wire looking for damage. One could check the primary coil resistance, but I do not know what it is meant to be. And that approach is problematic with an intermittent event.
Fuse 17 also has a junction and other wires going to the ECU. The wiring diagram is not very clear with details. But I would start with the coil and underhood as those wires are more accessable and exposed to damage. Have a general look for damage caused by mice.
