2002 9-3 : 120k mi.

I get an oil pressure light warning light and chime once the engine warms up. None of the things that I have done have made better/worse the oil pressure issue. I have replaced the following:
- Rod bearings
- Main bearings
- Oil pump
- Oil pressure sensor
- Oil pressure reducing valve cylinder(it was scarred, the new one is still a little sticky in the bore i.e. when I put it back in and pulled the spring out the cylinder stayed put)
- Pulled the pan and cleaned the pickup screen
- Replaced all of the gaskets in the oil pan, including the tube that runs across the bottom of the block
- Valve cover gasket
- Head gasket/manifold gaskets
- Piston/Rings in cylinder #4 (developed a knock, that is now fixed)
- Balance chain delete (suspected that might be causing the knocking before I pulled the head)
- Ran a treatment of SeaFoam and multiple oil changes

I am seriously out of ideas, thinking that it might be time to part ways with my beloved 9-3. Can anyone think of something I may have missed/overlooked? Any last ditch efforts/or theories?
