Hi RB. How many miles have you driven since your re-build? From what i read, it sounds to me as if somethgin "may" be loose. Have you checked and re-torqued most of the critical fasteners; including sub frame bolts, control arm, stanchion, etc, etc. Did you put the new metal sleeves in the stanchion arm bushings when you did you front end re-build? Check the sleeve nut on the front dampers?..
