Again, no answers to your question, however:, I have rebuilt all 4 calipers on my 900NG. Honestly, nothing really goes bad on these outside of the rubber sealing rings and rubber seals/boots. These parts can be had for nominal money. In my opinion, the out most rubber boots seal very well, however my vehicle does not see crappy weather. What ive learned about flushing brake fluid, etc: A few years ago i flushed my brake system with the Blue Ate and ran that. When i decided to rebuild my calipers due to other issues, i found some water droplets and dirt/debris being held in the caliper itself. This time i am using just stock brake fluid. My conclusion is when one does a brake fluid flush, it does not clean/flush the caliper out very well.If you did not send in your OEM units, just rebuild them, otherwise you can rebuild these or buy another re-built caliper.Myself, i like to see how clean things are when they are apart.Hope this helps..
