headlight adjustment and fusebox

Hi all -
I am new to the list and new to the NG900s (my previous car was a 92 900S). Anyways, I have a couple of questions with regards to my newly acquired 97 900SET (black, 4-door, 23K miles):
1. The driver's side headlight is aimed a little low (I can tell from sitting in the car at nite that the ground is much brighter directly in front of that side of the car). Where are the adjusters for the front lights? I searched through the owner's manual and couldn't find anything. And after a quick inspection under the hood, I also couldn't find anything that looked like it would be used to adjust these.
2. I am considering wiring my radar detector into my fusebox to free up my cigarette lighter outlet for cell phone charging, etc. Can anyone recommend what fuse I should use to do this? I was thinking of using the cigarette lighter fuse (#6, I think) so the detector only comes on when the car is turned on, but wanted to make sure there wasn't a better choice since I am going to be using that outlet for other things. Also, can anyone that has done this before give me the details on how to wire this in? I have an idea, but I also want to make sure I do it right the first time.
Also, thanks to everyone who suggested getting the smoke-colored fender signals. They look GREAT on the black car and were a snap to install.....Next up: eliminating the orange plastic from inside the front turn signals.
Thanks,
Aaron
