The shift rod seal can be replaced, with some effort, from the top of the car. I think only the shift linkeage would need to be disconnected.
The driveshaft seals will require removal of the driveshafts, but not the removal of any major items like tranny or the subframe.
The tranny has to be removed to do the input shaft or rear main seal, but I think that's pretty straight forward. The labor charge to do my input shaft seal (well, my cars') was about 5 hours.
You didn't mention the input shaft seal, but I'd recommend replacing it while you have the tranny out.
