Check electrically adjusting seats for operation. Check the seat heaters for the front seats.
Check power windows and locks. Check that the keyless entry works for both keys. You need two keys and transmitters! Where is the owners manual? Where is the blue card that lists the radio anti theft code?
Check that the power antenna works properly.

Look under the front of the vehicle. If you see oil at the bottom of the bell housing the problem is a leaky engine rear seal, or a leaking input shaft on a manual trany. Get the oil on your finger and smell it. Engine oil will have a fuel smell. If in doubt, pull the dip stick and smell that.
Run the air con and remove the front grill. Look in the AC site glass. When the compressor is cycled on, the fluid stream should get substantially bubble free. The fluid will be clear. If tinted, the AC had been serviced for an AC leak. You don't want to get a vehicle with an AC leak where the system was charged up just prior to sale. If you see tint, demand to see service records showing that components were replaced.
And have the brakes checked for rotor condition, pad wear and eveness of wear. The rear inboard pads can get rust bound in the caliper slots. This is not a case of stuck hydraulic pistons but a simple mechanical condition. This is indicated if the inboard pad has less wear than the outboard pad. .... Check the parking brake operation.
