Chaz you are wrong! SAAB dealers are franchised dealers with GM We are not required to work on GM cars or allowed to do warranty work on them. Just the same that they can not do warranty work on a SAAB. Our techs train differently also(Specific training for SAAB,Saturn,Hummer,Ect) The two parties made a mistake, 40k insp. was never covered under warranty but the windows would be. Call the dealer and work it out no need to get anybody else involved. This is why poeple have such a problem with the dealers Wheres the trust factor any more.
