yeah my A/F gauge when it was installed, would go blank on decelleration down hills with the throttle closes. Ever notice the temperature gauge on very long descents? Our ski hill which is 21km down hill from the top, with hte last 8km at 15%, requiring 2nd gear engine braking......at the bottom of the hill the engine would be almost bone cold!
