If the van is worth $12,500 as a trade-in and qualifies for the CARS program (which it should if it has the 3.8 V6), then the total you could put toward a new car would be $17,000. Could be something to look at if the car she wanted has already been sold. Drive safely and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
