For a company with the kind of resources that GM has to be run totally into the ground to the point where the U.S. government felt compelled to bail it out using our tax money speaks of management that is beyond incompetent. Part of human nature is that if bad behavior is rewarded it will continue and increase; in corporations it becomes part of the corporate culture. GM has been handsomely rewarded for its bad behavior at the expense of everyone in the United States and will undoubtedly continue to make arrogant, boneheaded, imbecilic decisions. I would never buy a GM car, both because of their bad behavior in the Saab matter and because I've already been forced to pay for GM once - I certainly won't volunteer to pay more to these idiots. (If I ever decided to purchase a new car again and Saab was no longer around the only domestic company I would consider is Ford.) Screw GM and the horse it rode in on. posted by 173.234.235...
