Victor Muller states that the new funding agreement is in conformance with the GM supply contract. The only person qualified to make the pronouncement that this deal is "obviously wrong" would be a lawyer or a judge who has reviewed all of the relevant paperwork in detail. In the absence of such an analysis I would tend to fall back on GM's well-deserved, decades-long reputation of dirty tricks and lack of credibility to take VM at his word - at least until such time as a court decides otherwise. posted by 91.228.2...
