Hello Victor,
I imported my 9000CSE, 94 model to Finland in the end of 99. I think Finland and Norway follow pretty much same standards related vehicle lights etc. In my case no changes were required:
- Lights were fine. Saab US model lights are very good althought not as good as in European versions. One thing what I should have done it is to remove reverse lights pulps from front turning signals (hope you understand what I'm trying to say) because thoese are unlegal in Finlad. But I find them very useful and have not done that :).
- No electrical system changes were needed. You might want to upgrade your battery to 65ah for cold Norway winter.
- Be sure that rust preventation is OK specially bottom of the car when you take car to first service.
- I did have to order a certificate (cost $80) from Saab Importer of Finland that my car meet European standars every way. Your case might be different since Norway is not EU country.
This is all what came in to my mind and hope this helps!
Cheers,
Tomi
