About the turbo question: even with a bigger more efficient turbo, the same psi will still be the same psi. I said that there was no point in sticking a giant turbo on your car unless you had already maxed out the stock turbo, and everyone jumped down my throat. There are only 2 reasons why a bigger turbo will make more power at a lower psi: 1) the air will not be as hot, and will be cooler, therefor more dense (more dense = more total air = more power) and 2) there may be SLIGHTLY less exhaust back-pressure if a bigger turbine is used, therefor slightly higher total airflow through the engine (higher cfm = more power). However, unless a stock turbo is being run out of its efficiency range (in other words, is maxed out as I said), the difference in cooler air temps will not amount to a huge power increase. And when a turbo is spooled up, the back pressure is not very high, and thus a larger turbine won't automatically makes tons more power either. If you want more power, you have to cram more air (and fuel) through your engine (by increased rpms, engine flow mods, or more boost). PSI is PSI, so a lower psi on a bigger turbo is not equal to higher psi on a small turbo.
