...and you were running at 32 degrees centigrade (100+ Fahrenheit) at an altitude of 4 miles above sea level (21,000+ feet) I think you were maybe asking too much of the car. If I remember correctly you were achieving speeds of 240 km/hr (148+ mph). To me that seems entirely acceptable under your atmospheric conditions. It is my understanding that Trionic 7 will optimize engine performance so that output is very similar from sea level to about 10,000 feet. Above that I would think that you're into rarified air that just can't produce the output that you desire or think you should be getting.
You seem very dissatisfied with your Viggen and I hope you can come to an amicable solution with Saab. Good luck.
