Disappointing dyno numbers

Well, got the car dyno'd today and it was a major, major letdown. I have a '97 Saab 900 SE Talladega. Mods include:
-boost controller (boost to about 15-17 psi)
-3 inch air intake mod
-straight through canister style exhaust (2.5 inch)
-middle resonator removed
I run Mobil 1 and plugs were in good shape. Now, i DID make a mistake by not setting my MBC correctly. On the first run i hit fuel cutoff twice. On the second and third runs i had to slightly modulate the pedal so that i didn't hit the cutoff.
Anyway, the numbers turned out to be (in SAE):
Max Torque= 223.1
Max Power= (ugh)152.7
152.7?!?! Jesus, i should just go and buy a Civic at this point. Seems pretty pathetic to me. Could having to modulate the pedal a bit to avoid fuel cut affect the HP reading THAT much? I think that number is even lower than what the car comes with stock.
Anyway, just thought i'd share my crapola experience. I think i'll go browse the honda webpage and see if i can get me a nic powerful Civic. haha. *sniff*
